The Express Entry System is an online application process designed to select and select skilled workers from foreign countries who apply to immigrate through one of the federal economic programs. Express Entry has been allowing employers to find skilled foreign workers by assessing their skills and experience through profiles and a points-based system called the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS)
The Express entry category is divided into two stages:
Step 1 – Candidates Complete Online Profile:
You will need to complete an online Fast Track profile. This is basically a questionnaire that will ask for information about you.

✓ Language Ability
✓ Education, etc.
✓ Skill base new
If you meet the qualifications, your application will be placed in a database of other candidates and ranked accordingly based on these qualifications. only those If you do not yet have a job offer or provincial/territorial nomination, you must register with the Government of Canada’s Employment Bank, which will direct you to eligible Canadian employers.

✓ Have qualifying offers of arranged employment, or
✓ Provincial/Territorial Nominations; will be selected by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.,
Employers will need to obtain a Labor Market Impact Assessment from Employment and Social Development Canada, if necessary. However, they will waive the $1000.00 government permanent residence application processing fee.

Note : Please be aware that just because you have completed your online profile does not mean you will necessarily receive an invitation to Canadian Permanent Residence
Step 2 – CIC invites candidate to apply for permanent residence:
After completing your online profile, you will receive an invitation to apply for Canadian permanent residence if you rank among the top talent pools based on your skills and experience.
Those with a valid job offer nominated by a Canadian employer or a province or territory will receive high points in the ranking system will be given high scores in the ranking system.
Once you have been invited to apply for permanent residence, you will have sixty (60) days to submit your electronic application under one of the following schemes.
✓ Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP);
✓ Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP);
✓ Canadian Experience Class (CEC); or,
✓ A portion of the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
